This is exactly where I come in: I am driven by developing effective and satisfied teams & leaders who are up to the challenges of today, able to solve problems and conflicts independently, and able to take responsibility and make strong decisions. For shaping the future that is made today. As a certified systemic organizational developer, I combine my extensive management experience in a leading global family business with the solution and resource-oriented systemic approach and agile methods to achieve this. What sets me apart from others? I know both sides: Over nearly two decades as a responsible executive in sales, customer marketing and change management for a leading global branded goods company, I experienced the impact that economic, political and social changes have on a company\'s DNA. I have personally experienced the tensions this creates in leaders and their teams. Empowering people to develop good solutions has always motivated me. Today, I use proven systemic and agile approaches, following the motto \"effective is what is effective\". Practicality, sustainability and relevance are just as important to me as fostering joy and creativity. I founded my Perspektivist GmbH out of experience & conviction: as an antithesis to the big management consultancies and with confidence in the competence and problem-solving ability of complex systems that can only change out of themselves.
