ABOUT DANIELA GUASCO

Experienced Project and Programme Manager and Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization sector. Skilled in Strategic Planning, Gender Mainstreaming and International Development with 20 years’ experience in the formulation, implementation, M&V of programmes funded by the EU, national donors (AICS, private Foundations, public authorities) and international donors. Solid background in development of funding proposals, management of multilateral initiatives across multiple countries, especially in Africa and Latin America, particularly in the areas of human rights, vocational training, and employment creation, proficiency in coordinating and overseeing international initiatives.In 20 years’ experience abroad gained experience in project management, training, and facilitation, as programme coordinator in complex and integrated projects related to with a focus on women and youth policies, vocational training, socio-economic inclusion, environment and development cooperation with the global south. I have extensive experience in establishing and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships at international level, as well as in technical assistance to public authorities and stakeholders in the coordination of their initiatives.My primary areas of interest include: gender studies, anti-discrimination and diversity promotion, socio-economic inclusion, ecology.Italian mother tongue.
