Management of multiple projects in accordance with the company processes, from contract signing through construction, completion, delivery and warranty. Co-ordination and monitoring of each project through a team of people ensuring that each team member positively contributes to the success of the project and attain customer\'s satisfaction in respect of time, costs, quality and in conformity with the client\'s requests. Communication of the project progress to the stakeholders. Primary contact at the yard for the client and his team including representatives, brokers, crew and inspectors throughout the project.
