Cooperation with German bilateral institutions such as the GIZ and KfW, which promote and finance development programmes, has made a significant contribution to enhancing GFA’s expertise.The Education, Skills and Employment department assists national and regional governments as well as private stakeholders to develop, reform, and strengthen their human resources. We support reforms and innovation in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), in labour market functioning and the promotion of decent employment, in general education and life long learning, with the aim to improve quality and access to education as a cornerstone for poverty reduction and economic growth.
