Hey! I\'m Daniela Alzate, a graduate of NJCU with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a B.A. in Psychology.I\'m currently working as an Employment Specialist with the New Jersey Reentry Corporation, where I assist court-involved individuals in securing meaningful employment and reentering society with stability and support.With a strong foundation in Psychology and the Criminal Justice system, I’m passionate about rehabilitation, social equity, and helping people overcome barriers to success. My experience has deepened my commitment to supporting systems that promote second chances and justice reform.I\'m bilingual in Spanish and English, which helps me better connect with and support diverse communities.I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in this field, connecting with professionals, learning from impactful organizations, and contributing to efforts that create real change.Let’s connect!
