Manage a portfolio of global institutional investors seeking to respond to market demand to integrate ESG into their investment process in order to provide sustainable and/or positive-impact-focused solutions to their clients. Main responsibilities: Act as a trusted ESG Consultant and key liaison between clients and internal teams including: Product, Coverage, and Research. Serve as the expert on MSCI ESG’s in-house methodologies, services, and solutions across all MSCI ESG client segments. Drive key client initiatives to respond to global market trends and to enhance our internal ESG models and research methodologies. Conduct strategy-specific ESG product trainings pertaining to clients’ financial objectives and investment strategies. Develop and implement account management plans for ESG clients and design innovative processes using internal MSCI tools to enhance the client experience. Perform frequent testing of new product features and product enhancements. Work with clients on ESG market trends and investment strategies to help them integrate their ESG Policy for their investment process.
