Review and verifies service documentation releases from Business Units for accuracy. Responsible for overseeing product updates and recalls for North America. In an FDA regulated environment. Assist Sales as the Technical resource when implementing and selling Drager Infinity Line of products. Liaison between our Engineers in Germany and the Technical Teams in the USA. Attend customer sites on a regular basis to provide onsite technical assistance. Published several knowledge base articles with root cause analysis solutions. Work on special projects that require high level technical expertise and knowledge as required.
