The NOC is the UK’s centre of excellence for oceanographic science. We are a national research organisation and one of the largest charities in the UK. Skill sets we recruit for include engineering, scientific research, project support, HR, procurement, finance, legal, IT and facilities.Key responsibilities- Ownership of the NOC recruitment policy - Developing the NOC\'s recruitment strategy- Management of the recruitment team including training and development- Designing and delivering recruitment and selection training to staff- Management of senior level vacancies- Management and continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system (Hireserve)- Collating and reporting on MI, including EDI, cost per hire and time to hire- Outreach events such as job fairs- Establishing and developing relationships with key partners (including job boards, agencies, and our pre-employment screening providers)- Overseeing visa applications (Skilled Worker and Global Talent visas)- Management of the resource approval process
