I have served my Country and my Community. The USAF provided training and experiences that I cherish. I have worked in Real Estate, Hydrogen Fuel Extender Initiatives, Anaerobic Digestion Technologies, Entertainment, Public Relations, Non-Profit Arena, Business Process Outsourcing for Global Brands, Executive Client Relations, Motivational Speaking and National Politics. I created 6 successful businesses and serve on Board of Directors at 4 Enterprises. Now I help people pursue their Dream Jobs! I have been a Recruiter and conducted hundreds of interviews on the phone, Skype and in person. Now am putting my deep experience in many verticals to work for others in 17 countries around the World. Life is interesting and all things considered I have been a lucky guy. Healthy and working is a great combination. Terrific partners and team members are a bonus. The interpersonal relations exposed me to a variety of leadership and management styles. More importantly it showed the way to leadership and management techniques that have substance. If asked, I would tell you that you MUST lead your people rather than manage your people. You can manage equipment, facilities, office supplies and so forth. but people must be led. Use your various tech tools, but make sure you pick up the phone and talk to real people. All successful business, like real life, is based on relationships and connections. Keep talking and more important - keep listening. Finally, I would say to keep learning. The online world changes rapidly and you need to be able to match the latest moves. Remember. you don\'t have to know everything. you do need to know where to go to find answers.
