During the course of my 12+ years in the field of IT Project Management, I have come across various different project types. What I have noticed is that no matter the size or complexity of the project, there is always a lesson to be learned. In realizing this trend, I made a commitment to myself very early in my career that at the end of each project I reflect on personal lessons learned that will make me a stronger Project Manager.I have never been interested in being an average Project Manager, but rather the best Project Manager. The PM who is requested by Business Owners for their critical projects, because they know I will get the job done.Today, I witness the results of the commitment I made to myself 6 years ago as my goals have become my reality, and I am constantly requested to manage the high priority projects that have direct impact to the organization and their strategic market and business initiatives.
