With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have learned that some of my biggest assets are leadership, mentorship, adaptability, tenacity and a burning desire to succeed - in the many and varied forms success takes. Having now commanded many inside and outside sales teams operating in all corners of the US, recruiting and influencing thousands of independent agents and generating multi-billion dollars of premium; distribution is at the core of my skillset. With catchphrases like;\"build the army\",\"recruit, train and maintain\"- my teams have operated with a laser-like focus on controlling that which we can, and maneuvering with great aplomb the many changes and curveballs the industry has thrown our way through seemingly incessant regulatory intervention.
