This is also in line with ITIL best practice. Working in conjunction with internal stakeholders, I am responsible for driving continuous service improvement, for the benefit of Virgin Media as well as acting as a single point of contact for any partner issues and owning initiatives to improve any performance issues. I also have to ensure that all financial aspects (i.e. budgeting, purchase orders etc.) of the relationship are managed efficiently and effectively and do not impact the provision of services.
