ABOUT DANIEL WISE

I am a commercial real estate agent and licensed business broker in Georgia, focused on representing sellers of closely held businesses and commercial properties, as well as advising investors on acquisitions across the state.My work centers on lower-middle-market transactions, where execution, discretion, and realistic pricing matter more than hype. I help owners think through timing, valuation, positioning, and exit options, then manage the sale process from preparation through closing. On the investor side, I work with buyers evaluating acquisitions in service businesses, healthcare, and other owner-operated companies, as well as income-producing real estate.Before moving into brokerage, I spent over a decade in strategy consulting and investment banking. That background shapes how I approach deals: analytically, with a clear eye toward incentives, risk, and outcomes. I hold a BBA in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an MBA in Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.I am affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers and serve clients throughout Georgia.Separately, I am the founder of Generosity Genius, a nonprofit fundraising and grant advisory firm.
