I am currently a project QS working for EQUANS, my role has me working on circa £12m worth of projects on internal and external refurbishment on a large amount of housing stock, I help manage the procurement of the packages, produce monthly valuations, manage the cash flow, produce payment notices as well as variety of other tasks.I have completed experience at Faithdean PLC, a main contractors based in Chatham where I helped assisting on circa £15m of projects, ranging from high end residential to office and reception fit out, during my time here I worked on procurement of subcontractor packages, producing payment notices and payment slips, submitting monthly valuations and producing variation requests. I also worked at Faithorn Farrell Timms, a consultancy firm which numerous offices around the U.K. during my time completing my university course which I obtained a 2:1
