This leadership position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a clear understanding of university policies and risk management practices. • Event Planning & Coordination: Organize mixers, themed parties, formals, and philanthropic events. Oversee all aspects of planning, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, setup, and cleanup. • Collaboration & Outreach: Coordinate with social chairs of sororities and other student organizations to plan joint events. Maintain positive, professional relationships with campus partners and fellow Greek life leaders. • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all events comply with university regulations, fraternity national policies, and local laws. Work closely with the risk management officer to create safe, inclusive environments at every gathering. • Budget Management: Develop and manage the social budget in coordination with the treasurer.
