I am currently a Project Engineer at JDR, where I\'m heavily involved in the managment and technical production side of the termination and testing (T&T) and Preparation and Pull-In aspects of multiple projects, including Hornsea 03, Nordseecluster, and Coastal Virginia. I work with a small team to manage and collate all technical documents, health and safety protocols, Planning, site visits and work procedures, ensuring clear processes, compliance, and seamless project delivery ensuring all milestones are met and all stakeholders are satisfied.Previously, I worked with Reynard as an Offshore Installation Manager/Superintendent, where I led the cable repair scope for the Horns Rev 3 Project, coordinating the disconnection, extraction, pull-in, and re-termination of 13 cables across 26 locations. I also oversaw projects such as the Amrumbank Cable Repair, Dogger Bank T&T, and St. Brieuc T&T. Working in the build up to project execution, making sure everything was in place - Manning, procedures, HSE, Logistics etcMy other previous experience includes working as a Quality Inspector offshore with GE on Dogger Bank and serving as a Workflow Manager for the HKZ Project at Maasvlakte, where I managed non-conformities.With over 9 years of experience in pre-assembly, inter-array cable termination, and testing projects, I bring a strong technical background combined with leadership skills. Earlier in my career, I honed my expertise as a Pre-Assembly Technician, leading teams on pre-assembly sites and supervising offshore bolt exchange projects.I’m passionate about driving successful offshore projects through meticulous planning, clear communication, and hands-on leadership.
