Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing a case load of 60+ learners across two different learning qualifications within Information Communication Technology (ICT & Digita lCommunications) & Networking.(Level 3 & 4)• Responsible for coaching learners to enable them to meet the requirements of their qualification via remote sessions.• Work closely with the Internal Quality Teams to ensure standardisation is met throughout the apprenticeships offered.• Responsible for keeping a thorough and organised diary.• Responsible for marking and providing 3 tier feedback within the 24 hour SLA. • Work within my team providing many to many support to learners.• Update learner records using BUD e-portfolio platform.• Conduct learner progress reviews every 12 weeks.Key AchievementsAchieved 83% first time pass rate across L3/L4 programmes over the last 12 months.
