Personal Profile I am an award-winning estate agent, currently working as the Head of Sales for Prospect Estate Agents covering the whole of The Home Counties for the group dealing with properties over In the last 7 years I have exceeded and created new records leading my team in the following marketplaces; Warfield, Basingstoke & Wokingham and in April 2022 I was tasked with re-creating Prospect’s prestigious high end brand “PhD” to go after the top end of the market and regain marketshare, I had full autonomy on what we called the brand, the logo, the design of the bespoke brochures and I created and directed our very own presentation led videography. I had full direction to effectively start a new business from its inception. I personally pride myself on customer service and them experiencing a great sales journey with me. I have a proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets. I consider myself to be a team player and a strong leader as someone who listens well and leads from the front. Working to targets and exceeding monthly objectives is something I thrive off and enjoy. I have picked up numerous sales awards, including, the most exchanged business in a calendar year on multiple occasions, achieving over- target for new listings as well as well as cross selling. I have enjoyed many trips including an all-inclusive trip to x 2 trips Las Vegas, Cancun and the Bahamas, as well as days out on a yacht and Ascot races. I am a strong believer of soldiers do what generals do – meaning that I can be effective in all areas of the business and influence where I need to.
