Focusing on helping independent restaurants be successful through value added items, menu consulting, procedures etc. I played hockey for my entire life including some wonderful years spent playing for the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns. The lessons I learn on the ice I try to translate into real life. This moves come after being a flagship Branch manager with Enterprise Rent-a-car, COO of Tait’s Bakery and Owner and operator of Gold in the Net Manitoba/Saskatchewan. I have moved on in order to challenge myself with new opportunities within the game. In terms of coaching I have assisted and selected many teams including: Junior A, Junior B, Midget Midget 15\'s, CIS Female, Female Midget Bantam and so on.
