Hello, my name is Daniel Weiss, and I’m an Insurance Digital Strategy Manager at ScienceSoft. I work with insurance companies in the US on digital transformation initiatives, helping them modernize systems without turning everyday operations upside down.Most of my work lives between business and technology, understanding how policy, claims, billing, and customer experience really function, and then shaping solutions that teams can actually implement and live with. I like structure, clear plans, and realistic outcomes. Big ideas are great, but only if they survive contact with real processes.I enjoy working with people who ask the right questions and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions.
