In my current role with as Broker Associate and Team Leader of The Emerald Coast Beaches Team at EXP Realty LLC, I lead a high performing team of 9 that builds relationships with clients and to creates sustained value. In 2019, I realized $15.3M in sales and was inducted into the firm’s exclusive Global Private Office Network for my superior results. Concurrently, I am president of Emerald Coast Connection, a startup I launched to enable partnership between a large property brokerage and regional representatives. I ideated the concept, presented the idea to investors, and secured capital. My efforts paid off; I now have more than 900 agents in my network.What I am most proud of is that my real estate business is now running on auto-pilot. Through this, some rental income and a couple other small income streams, I am ready and prepared to pursue my purpose and that is to earn a living while working remotely. My desire is to find a position that is nationwide or global. Wether it is a traveling sales position, a tour guide business etc, my passion is seeing the world and giving back while there. I am unmarried with no kids, so I am the perfect candidate to help a company who has these positions available.
