Printing Technology Wache is a specialised company that focuses on optimising printing and coating processes. Our main focus is on conversions and expansions in the area of ink supply and disposal for printing and coating machines, especially in flexographic, rotary screen and gravure printing processes. Our aim is to improve the quality and productivity of the production machines by minimising set-up times and reducing the amount of waste. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the machines are optimally supplied with ink, especially by converting existing chambered doctor blade systems and open doctor blade systems to carbon fibre doctor blade chambers. In addition, we optimise doctoring results by specifically recommending our doctor blades made of high-quality steels and directly replacing steel doctor blade products with doctor blades made of polyester laminates and/or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylenes. We also offer chambered doctor blade end seals in a variety of materials for popular doctor blade chambers to ensure a perfect seal and ensure leakfree operation of chambered doctor blade systems efficiently and effectively.
