ABOUT DANIEL VILLARREAL
Daniel is a senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory practice and leads the Houston diligence team. He has more than a decade of experience advising private equity and corporate clients. Daniel has deep experience throughout the M&A transaction life cycle including buy-side financial and operational due diligence, synergy capture, decision support analytics for performance improvement, and seller readiness / divestiture planning. Worked on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $3 billion in enterprise value. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Daniel was a Director in PwC’s Transaction Services practice. While at PwC, he spent two years in Sydney, Australia, as part of an international mobility initiative aimed at promoting overseas experience in staff. The remainder of his tenure was spent in PwC’s Houston and Washington, D.C, practices.
