At National Sawdust, an innovative and experimental non-profit musical venue rooted in connecting audiences with dynamic, multidisciplinary art, I am tasked with ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Along with general administrative and custodial duties, I regularly engage with patrons, network with donors, and provide general assistance to artists and their teams. During my time here, I have had the pleasure of training several new team members. Last season alone, I successfully trained six new front-of-house staff members, effectively assisting in doubling our team\'s roster of effective, available employees.
