This position is a hands-on, actively working position reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent. This position has the responsibility of running a crew between 4-10 people on a daily basis while also being responsible for completing the first morning assignment. In being in this position I have had the experience of completing course set up, spraying greens, aerating greens, spiking greens, operating various mowers and other heavy equipment, fertilizing turf surfaces, irrigation breaks and other irrigation problems, and various other projects.In my time at Hillview I have been fortunate enough to be involved in two course renovations over the course of two years.
