Working closely with design to ensure the best user experience while balancing it with legal and cyber security requirements to ensure the best and safest outcomes for our customers and the business- Providing direction and guidance to multiple developer teams as well as to the team of Product Managers in my Principal role. Establishing relationships with key third parties and sharing our vision and strategy across all of them- Shaping the talent development for Product job family, optimising the onboarding journey for new colleagues and conducting regular interviews for new Product Manager and Business Analyst applicants- Improving the agile delivery experience and efficiency as part of a cross-functional team, constantly reviewing our ways of working and looking for feedback and new opportunitiesKey achievements- Owning and shaping Capital One\'s UK communication strategy and delivering new features to help our customers to be in full control of their finances e.g. new push notifications functionality, improving access to all customer related documentation and securing the communications to prevent fraudulent activities like SIM swapping- Introducing new mobile app features like management of marketing permissions within the app to improve the customer experience and relieve pressure on our customer support agents. Ensuring that all newly released features have the appropriate controls in place and data to support analysis of successful implementation and its benefits- Developing a business case for replacing Capital One\'s document storage, including the cost benefit analysis. Defining related requirements and leading the selection of the SaaS provider. Subsequent leadership of the implementation delivery across various internal and external teams
