About Daniel V Bauerkemper
Daniel V Bauerkemper is a Professional Engineer (FL, LA, KS, UT, ID, NE, KY, TN, TX, SC, NV, WY, VA, MO, CO, NJ, OK), holds an MBA in Accounting, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and a BA in Music. Daniel led a 25+ person ($30M+) Olsson Team of design engineers, CAD personnel, and project support in the design of substation, distribution, and transmission projects. Daniel successfully grew client relationships, offering a full spectrum of design and field services to provide full turnkey design/survey solutions. As a 5-year Director of Electrical Engineering for Lutz, Daily and Brain, he led the design spectrum of distribution, substation, transmission, generation, protection and telecommunication applications. He provided expert testimony on behalf of the Oklahoma Attorney General, and was responsible for both the acquisition and execution of new business, and has several years of direct engineering leadership experience. Daniel previously served Schneider Electric as a Principal Engineer and Team Lead of Business and Personnel Development where he managed a team of highly technical experts in the execution of engineering, sales, and project management. He was also responsible for internal education materials development, relay programming, and business development (personnel and projects located throughout the USA).Prior to this, Daniel served as an engineer for JEA, one of our nation\'s largest municipalities. While at JEA, he personally designed and oversaw the construction of over $20 million of electrical distribution (4kV-26kV). Additionally, he led and oversaw the work of up to 10 engineers\' designs in upwards of 70+ FDOT and City of Jacksonville projects ($3 million in annual costs).Additionally, his work experience demonstrates an ability to communicate technical information to others. He has served Pearson Publications as a subject matter expert developing college-level course curricula specifically for ITT Technical institutions throughout the United States. In addition, he has served as an instructor at Florida State College of Jacksonville, Fl.Daniel is an Member.
