Use SAP to manage service orders and document engineering decisions for traceability and audit readiness.Plan and manage multiple maintenance and overhaul projects, ensuring systematic execution of inspections, disassemblies, rebuilds, and validation testing. Use SAP PM to control workflow progress, resource allocation, and compliance with quality standards.Engineer material and component substitutions, evaluating technical equivalence and system compatibility where OEM parts are unavailable. Collaborate with procurement to define sourcing criteria and initiate SAP-based purchase requisitions in line with operational priorities.Prepare and issue detailed maintenance work instructions, including torque specifications, clearances, test parameters, and safety controls. Align all procedures with engineering drawings, OEM documentation, and site maintenance standards to support shop execution.Drive maintenance process improvements through data-driven engineering reviews, using failure trends, downtime analysis, and CMMS reports to recommend changes in preventive tasks, inspection intervals, and system redesigns that enhance reliability and reduce lifecycle cost.
