A happy and motivated individual who likes to be challenged!In my role as a Production Manager, I\'m an effective team player who has lots of experience in taking the lead. A good communicator, with lots of experience, working with many different clients.My role in Croft Television has involved: Director & DoP, producing 100’s of corporate videos for a wide range of clients and end-users. Camera Operator, running multiple camera types and filming in many varied styles. Photographer, capturing fun and engaging imagery. Editor, producing many styles of media for use in the UK and abroad. Graphic Designer, providing supportive material for the video productions made in-house. Project Manager, planning and executing both day to day and long term projects. Working with multiple clients across different time zones with both permanent and freelance members of staff. Involved in the maintenance, hire and purchasing of IT and camera equipment.In addition to my main job role, I volunteer for the RAFAC as a Commanding Officer of an Air Cadet Squadron. This is a high intensity, multiple skilled role, training 12 to 20 year olds and managing adult staff. Providing military experience and life skills, useful in later life.Playing and coaching hockey is my choice of sport, I enjoy the teamspirit and high pace of the game.I also love photography of which I partake in whenever I\'m free!
