Important accomplishment since I joined Cargo in Dec 2016Re-writing AC Cargo Quality Manual Re-alignment of the safety accountabilities, roles & responsibilities across AC Cargo\'s organization, network wideInstating a non punitive safety reporting culture at AC Cargo and a culture of accountability for safety events, deviations, findings, etc. Introduce the Deeming Wheel concept (Plan, Do, Check, Act) for the development and monitoring for long term effective when developing corrective actions. Introduce Branch Executive Quarterly Safety ReviewsExpanded the quality program to the different regulations affecting our business, along with an operational safety surveillance program.Introduction of Safety Key Performance and set up safety related annual objectives. In collaboration with the stations, created safety coordinator positions and a local safety structure for a deeper penetration of the safety culture and improve our accident prevention effectiveness.Introduction of safety procedures in our operations manualManaged the impact of COVID 19 on the industry, the organization, the employees.
