ABOUT DANIEL TOPP
Dan is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years of commercial management and dispute experience working in the commercial and residential sectors on schemes valued up to £450 million. Daniel’s record of experience showcases his ability to successfully oversee projects from pre-contract settlement through to main contract completion. Dan holds a Civil Expert Witness qualification from Cardiff University Law School, a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). He is also currently obtaining a Diploma in Adjudication from the RICS. He has both supported lead expert witnesses, as well as being instructed as joint named expert, providing quantum expert opinion across various sectors. His detailed forensic analysis and report drafting are key to the preparation of quantum expert reports and supporting documents. Dan strives to drive projects and teams forward in terms of work efficiency while exceeding client briefs and maintaining the highest standards, with a high competency to carry out complex quantum assessments efficiently.
