We provide qualified appraisals for standard gifting, estate planning, and charitable contribution purposes for various entity structures including venture-backed C-Corporations, LLCs, venture fund limited partnerships and general partner entities, holding companies, etc. From time to time I am also involved with new valuation products and services at Carta. Some of our services include financial reporting valuations (convertible notes, SAFEs, warrants, etc.), earnout valuations for SPACs, QSBS assessments, and general business enterprise valuations (fundraising, M&A, etc.).
