ABOUT DANIEL TIEMOR
I\'m Daniel Tiemor, a consultant, product manager and public speaker with a focus on technology, entrepreneurship and empowerment. I help teams develop digital products, launch new ventures and drive meaningful change.As co-founder of AiDiA, the leading platform for Black entrepreneurship in the DACH region, I’ve designed and led incubator and accelerator programs, coordinated high-impact pitch events and created space for underrepresented founders to grow and get funded.In my consulting work, I support innovation projects with a focus on technology strategy, product development and corporate venture building. From understanding user needs and defining requirements to MVP design and agile implementation.I speak at panels, conferences and workshops about diversity in the German startup scene, fundraising for migrant founders and business modelling with a focus on platform-based ventures. My mission is to shift perspectives and open up space for new voices in entrepreneurship.
