Including hiring 8 data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and system admins. Designed the full analytics architecture- Managed the SaaS implementations for Salesforce, Informatica, MuleSoft, Azure Data lake, Azure Managed SQL instance, & SFTP Go-Anywhere. Supported operations team in implementation of Epic, iCIMS, NetSuite, Athena, & Credential Stream- Lead data engineering teams to build data 120+ data pipelines, from 18+ sources systems, into the data lake and data warehouse - leveraging SFTPs, APIs, Azure Data Functions, and Azure Data Factory- Designed & automated the Salesforce & NetSuite contracting process - leading $1 million dollars of additional top line revenue per year- Lead Power BI Engineering Team to build and deploy 60 distinct reports, with 120 total tabs, with updated automatically daily. Interfaced with entire Array organization including Finance, Operations, Sales, Clinician Management, Quality, Credentialing, etc- Implemented Row Level Security (RLS) Reporting via Azure Active Directory & Power BI to automate data sharing with Array\'s 500+ Clinical Staff. This enabled Clinician-Specific Dashboarding for Utilization, Payroll & Quality Metrics- Created & Orchastrated the Business Analyst \"Matrix\" team - centralizing & training 13 siloed Business Analysts to streamline business analysis.
