As a Senior Product Manager, I partner closely with Product leaders across Expedia Group, helping set the vision and priorities for set of capabilities & APIs serving customers globally & across lodging brands. My team sees results of of our work rapidly making a difference for our customers and our business. We organise for speed and we follow the scientific method.Responsibilities include:* Leading cross-functional teams from discovery to design and ensure the successful execution and adoption of new ideas or approaches including line management and coaching of a team of product managers.* Influencing & delivering our product vision across the traveler journey. Prioritising new product features or strategic direction based on metric impacts.* Creating an environment for team effectiveness, where strengths are known and built upon and learning is shared to build capacity.* Using and developing advanced frameworks to formulate and test hypotheses and understand the impact of more complex decisions in various scenarios.* Using frameworks to align stakeholders and leadership on product direction/key decisions. Effectively influencing for best outcomes.* Coaching peers in team on how to understand customer pain points, developing hypotheses and tests to solve customer problems.* Owning multiple, unrelated product areas and driving cross-team collaborations with leaders to move projects forward and close on open questions, ensuring that blockers are identified and removed.* Exhibiting storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships.* Working with numerous stakeholders to holistically define a complex problem spaces, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions.
