He is especially talented in process design, development, activation, and execution-as well as its close partner: business and org effectiveness analytics- Dan believes processes should achieve four key objectives:(1) serve and drive business goals;(2) improve collaboration, awareness, and transparency across teams;(3) be scalable, without increasing overhead requirements; and (4) make work-life easier and more fulfilling for everyone involved.
