As the group manager for the infrastructure group I coordinate matters pertaining to the infrastructure of the School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health (CBH), such as lab safety, fire prevention, handling of chemicals, goods reception, amongst other things. I enjoy problem solving, and that is something I get to do a lot of together with my team, everything from how to implement new laws and regulations to incidents in the lab and the impact of something as simple as a delayed delivery. I\'ve had the pleasure of building my group during the years, creating a well functioning team, and adapting our focus to fit what CBH wants and needs from us. During my time as group manager I\'ve developed my knowledge regarding how to lead a team, as well as getting to know myself better.
