As a project manager my duties include the installation, training and support of small business networks in restaurant and retail spaces. From sale to installation my job is to cover all aspects of the project from programming and installing the application software, to hardware assembly testing as well as on site installation. Following installation I worked with the support team to ensure the quality of the product. Most of the issues that occur post installation are training and understanding of the technology which comes with patience and training.
