I’m a Chartered Structural Engineer and business leader with over 30 years in consultancy and development-led projects.Today, my focus is less about producing drawings and more about shaping decisions.I work with developers and SME consultancy businesses at portfolio level, providing early-stage technical direction, commercial risk oversight, and structured governance across multiple live schemes. The objective is simple: protect value, reduce avoidable cost, and ensure design decisions support programme and viability from the outset.As CEO of JMS Legacy, I lead and systemise engineering consultancies operating across civil and structural sectors.
