Dan Springer, P.E, PMP has 22 years experience and has led numerous road and bridge improvement projects for county, municipal and ODOT clients. He is responsible for overall project coordination, quality control, schedule, cost control and coordination among subconsultants. In addition to his project management skills, Dan is a senior structural engineer who has worked with a variety of bridge types including steel beams, pre-stressed concrete box beams, I-beams and cast-in-place concrete. He has experience with ODOT, AASHTO and FHWA inspection manuals, and a variety of other structural evaluation and inspection software. Mr. Springer has a bachelor\'s and master\'s degree in civil engineering with a focus in structures, and has also completed the LRFD training, bridge inspection training, bridge climbing training and confined space entry training.
