Currently I am working both spa locations, the new spa under construction “The Spa at Se’c-he” as well as Sunstone Spa, a Forbes 5 Star Spa with 10,500 sq ft and 45+ team members.\\\\nAchieved the Forbes 5 Star rating, rated Top 100 Spas of North America since 2014 #1 Spa in California 2018 and Best of the Best in Palm Springs.\\\\nTreatment and menu development, Handle payroll, product and revenue budgeting. Creating monthly marketing specials and promotions. Staffing and human resource needs. Successful retail growth and inventory as well as spa and salon services exceeding annual revenue projections. Meet audit and compliance with all departments. Work in conjunction with food and beverage, group sales, player development, marketing, guest safety and accounting to promote strong communications. Developed and maintain Standard Operations Procedures, training manuals and spa menu.
