ABOUT DANIEL SPARRE
Daniel is a Vice President with JLL Capital Markets, Ontario Multifamily Team. Following a 15-year career in professional sports, Daniel joined JLL in early 2020, winning the award for “Rookie Of The Year” at JLL Canada in 2021. He has since been involved in the sale of over $1B of multifamily real estate across Ontario. Daniel advises private capital groups, institutions, REIT’s and asset managers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-residential assets. Daniel enhances his client’s success by sharing in depth market knowledge and forging long standing relationships through strong communication skills and a deliberate approach to real estate investment.
