Leading the M/P/FP Design team• Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines• Interfacing directly with clients to define project requirements• Designing HVAC equipment selection, ventilation calculations, and code analysis• Designing water, sanitary piping, and fire protection systems• Providing specification packages for the projectsProject experience- South Battery Park Resiliency, Manhattan, NY: The project consists of the demolition and rebuilding of a sq. ft. pavilion building which houses park facilities, a community center, a restaurant, and the renovation of 10-acre park grounds. Ground source heat pumps with the geothermal loop are designed for the Pavilion building which targets ILFI zero-carbon certification. Working on M, P & FP plans, and specifications- LIRR Third Track (MTA) Design and Construction Administration: Worked with the design team on HVAC and Snowmelt system design and calculations for the LIRR Expansion Project extends, approximately 10miles from the Village of Floral Park to the Hamlet of Hicksville (6 stations). Responding to all the FQs and the RFIs during the construction phase and attending all the weekly meetings- New York State Thruway Authority 27 Service Areas MEP Specifications: Prepare detailed demolition and MEP/FP specifications for 27 NYSTA Service Areas- Provided mechanical design for a roof replacement of the dining hall at Queens College: Replacement of five existing steam-fired rooftop units (RTU’s) with new heat pumps. The new installation exceeds all energy code requirements and complies with local law 97 by reducing the overall carbon footprint of the facility. In addition, 25 exhaust fans were replaced. Also provided construction administration services- Sun River Health - Alpha School Integrated & Urgent Care Center: Lead the MEP team in providing FP Plans for the two-story Healthcare Building- SUNY Stony Brook University Design Services: commissioning East Campus new steam Boiler.
