I successfully created and developed all aspects of the Warranty reimbursement process for the company. Managed and maintained all aspects of the warranty reimbursement process. Exceeding $900k of monies recovered per year. I advised the Shop Supervisor and Technicians on warranty coverage, proper repair order documentation and any supporting documents needed for warranty claim submission. I also work with Over the road Breakdown Coordinators on warrant-able repairs done on the road. I reviewed all repair orders for possible warranty coverage and/or parts warranty coverage. I then will gather all parts and documents, verify coverage and verify that the documentation is completed for proper warranty claim submission. I then process the claim and submit it to the appropriate manufacturer for reimbursement. I will then process all claim reimbursements. I track and audit all claims. All parts are held until warranty payments are made. If a manufacture requests parts to be returned for inspection, I will gather all requested parts, documentation, and return them to the appropriate manufacture
