ABOUT DANIEL SLADE

Daniel Slade is the Chief Executive Officer (Legal) of Express Solicitors, having joined the company in 2003. Daniel leads the technical issues of law the company spearheads, with its many cases of utmost public importance. Many of these cases have shaped the development of the law and legal practice in the UK. Daniel\'s board-level position has been integral to the company\'s rise from 5M turnover, to c.60M.Daniel also leads the company’s catastrophic injury offering for people suffering accidents with multi-million losses, having a particular expertise in severe TBIs, amputations, pain syndromes, fatal accidents, spinal cord injuries, PPO needs, accommodation needs, care needs, case management needs, complex income calculations, and cases involving contentious issues of capacity,Daniel also heads the company’s complex dispute team which faces some of the most challenging issues of liability including group actions, pharmaceutical cases, product liability claims, sporting accidents, foreign accidents, as well as cases involving cross-border disputes and jurisdictional aspects of law.Daniel has represented TV personalities, sports personalities, and County Court judges following accidents. they have suffered.
