Drive seamless operation of all transformers, sub-stations, power distribution, and motor control centers, overseeing safety engineers across multiple sites and enforcing adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Lead global electrical and instrumentation teams based in US, Europe, China, India, and Africa. Perform due diligence on system installations, including approval of scope changes up to $50K.
