As Partner and VP of Legal at Lisinksi Law, I’ve had the privilege of helping scale our organization from a small practice of 4 attorneys in one office to a nationwide team of over 80 attorneys and nearly team members and 15 offices across the nation. I am a member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and have helped drive strategic planning including the establishment of core values, mission statement, BHAG and the company\'s three-year, one-year and quarterly strategic initiatives.I lead an amazing legal team of attorneys, and have also had reporting oversight over our HR team, and have focused on maintaining our strong company culture and laser focus on our mission during our expansion. I serve as a trusted business partner to our teams, guiding the firm on issues including but not limited to legal ethics, employment law, data privacy, marketing compliance, intellectual property, corporate governance, and contracts. I also manage the firm\'s outside counsel to supplement our internal capabilities.I have also worked with our operations leaders to instill Lean and other operational principles to our legal team and our legal processes, ensuring we are efficiently and effectively serving the needs of our clients.
