ABOUT DANIEL SHEA
As the Residential Development Manager for Fortitudo, I identify and acquire development land that suits residential, student, and roadside retail development. I personally design a feasible and realistic scheme, generate offer documents and negotiate through the legal proceedings of acquiring the site. I then led the planning application until the project acquired satisfactory planning permission. In June 2023 I passed my APC under the RICS and became a Charter Surveyor.
