Under the direction of the Public Safety Director and working with Bureau Chiefs and Deputy Director of Public Safety Operations, directs/advises, manages, and coordinates the activities and operations of the City\'s public safety technology and information systems including, but not limited to, the City\'s security cameras, Real Time Crime Center, access control, ShotSpotter, radios, station alerting, public safety specific software, and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System. Ensures critical public safety systems function efficiently and effectively on a 24/7 basis; coordinates assigned activities between bureaus, with other divisions, departments and outside agencies. Closely coordinates with the City\'s Department of Innovation & Performance. Provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Director of Public Safety.
