   I am a highly motivated individual who has created a company that specializes in joint sealants, joint fillers, waterproofing, restoration, epoxy flooring, polished concrete, and concrete restoration. Over the past 7 years, I have created my own mind set that failure is NOT an option for myself or my Team. We\'re continuously trying to improve ourselves as individuals and employees of Seal\'s Caulking, as well as continuously grow Seal\'s Caulking into a company that many men and women can retire from. Bill Gates started in a tiny little garage, as did I. I refuse to throw in the towel. Even when I feel as if my backs up against a wall, I will find the solution and move forward. We have created a team of many high speed and high functioning employees, that strive to make a name for themselves throughout this business and trade. I pray one day I\'m remembered for helping others achieve their goals, and creating value throughout our team in such a way, it will impact generations.
